1. Introduction

Welcome to JustEasyBook (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
JustEasyBook operates as an online ticketing and event management platform that connects event organisers (“Organisers”) with customers (“Users”, “you”).

By accessing or using https://justeasybook.in and purchasing tickets or services through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Role of JustEasyBook

JustEasyBook acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary between Organisers and Users.

  • We do not own, manage, or control events
  • We do not control event execution, seating arrangements, or venue operations
  • All event-related decisions are made by the Organiser and/or Venue

3. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

  • All tickets are issued as electronic tickets (e-tickets)
  • Tickets are delivered via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp to the contact details provided at the time of purchase
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct
  • You must present a valid ticket for entry

4. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

  • Ticket prices are set by the Organiser
  • Prices may include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • A booking/convenience fee and payment gateway charges may apply
  • All applicable fees and taxes will be displayed at checkout

5. Seat Allocation & Changes

  • Seat selection (where applicable) is made at the time of booking
  • Seat numbers, rows, or sections are not guaranteed and may be subject to change due to:
    • Operational requirements
    • Technical issues
    • Venue or organiser decisions
    • Safety or compliance requirements
  • In such cases:
    • Updated tickets will be issued
    • The latest ticket issued prior to the event is the only valid ticket for entry
  • JustEasyBook facilitates seat allocation updates on behalf of the Organiser

6. Final Ticket Policy

  • Customers are required to use the latest ticket issued
  • Any previously issued tickets may be invalid
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email/SMS/WhatsApp for updates

7. Event Changes & Cancellations

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Change event schedules, timings, or venue
  • Modify seating layouts or capacity
  • Substitute performers or program elements
  • Cancel or reschedule events

JustEasyBook is not responsible for such changes.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise
  • Refunds, if any, are determined solely by the Organiser
  • JustEasyBook does not guarantee refunds
  • In case of event cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Organiser’s policy
  • Booking fees, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable

9. Entry & Admission

  • Admission is subject to:
    • Organiser policies
    • Venue rules
    • Compliance with applicable laws
  • The Organiser or venue reserves the right to:
    • Refuse entry
    • Remove attendees for misconduct
  • Late arrivals may result in delayed seating or restricted entry

10. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

  • Use the latest issued ticket
  • Follow all event and venue rules
  • Carry valid identification if required
  • Cooperate with security and entry procedures

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

JustEasyBook shall not be liable for:

  • Event cancellation, delay, or rescheduling
  • Changes in seating or event arrangements
  • Any dissatisfaction with the event
  • Losses incurred due to Organiser or venue actions

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to:

  • The ticket value paid through the Platform (excluding fees)

12. Compliance with Indian Laws

These Terms are governed by and comply with applicable Indian laws, including:

  • Information Technology Act 2000
  • Consumer Protection Act 2019

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Data & Communication

By using the Platform, you consent to receiving:

  • Transactional emails
  • SMS/WhatsApp notifications
  • Event updates and ticket reissuance communications

14. Prohibited Items & Conduct

The following may be restricted at events:

  • Weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials
  • Unauthorized recording equipment
  • Items that disrupt event operations

Attendees may be removed for violations.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by JustEasyBook or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in:
Kochi, Kerala

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
